You really should talk to the ad blocker support find out how to clean up uninstall.

So:
there is a host file atc:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
open it. it should be empty. if there are anything entry, it means blocking.
you can back up that file. and create a empty hosts file at same path. then do a reboot . see if it works.

when you run netCut free, does the page show AD ? if not showing, you have something still blocking AD. maybe some program modify hosts files filter AD and left the blocking setting even after removal /disable

” wincap since the program is dedicated to creating advertising and ads in pages?”?? not sure where you got that info. winpcap is the kernel driver that allow netCut to read wifi packets. netCut can’t work at all without winpcap. check it out here https://www.winpcap.org/
re your case, does the browser show ad ?

hmm, we can’t really support the adblock software? maybe check with adblock provider ?

Hello Azri,
make sure you don’t have internet shared enabled, and remote routing sharing is disabled in your windows system. we are working on to build this inside netCut , but anti-virus doesn’t like that action. so user have to manually check and disable those them self.also, if you have other software that does routing packets on your PC. speed control will not work.
