netcut speed control does not depending on router model.

when you speed control a device, the device should POP up in the policing zone with it’s current speed and Data usage , as well as brust .

can you verify that ?

you also need to disable IPv6

it is because youtube and instagram BUFFERring. the buffer could last over 5 to 10 minutes.

if you use speed control to 75%, you can see some of the user buffer up to 100MB in less than 1 minute when use youtube. the speed / data view reports that.

if you can set your AP router into Bridge mode. it should work the same . do you want to try ? you need login into your router however. 🙂
